Copyright and DMCA notice

Easy Move respects intellectual property rights and reviews properly prepared copyright notifications concerning material published across its moving services website.

Submitting a copyright concern

If you believe content appearing on this website uses protected material without appropriate authorization, you can send a written notification describing the material and explaining your connection to the copyright involved.

Details that help us identify the issue

  • Provide your full name and a dependable method of communication so the request can be reviewed.
  • Describe the original copyrighted work and explain what material on the Easy Move website you believe corresponds to it.
  • Include the webpage address where the disputed content can be located, along with enough information to identify the particular text, image or other material.
  • Explain why you believe the material has been published without permission from the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
  • Confirm that the information in the notification is accurate and, when acting for another party, state that you have authority to represent the applicable copyright owner.

How copyright reports are handled

Submitted notices can be reviewed for completeness and relevance. Easy Move may request additional information when the reported material or ownership details are unclear, and access to identified content may be limited while the matter is being considered.

Responding to a removal

When content has been restricted because of a copyright complaint, a person responsible for the material may provide a written response explaining why the content should remain available. The response should identify the affected material and provide the relevant basis for the request.

Incomplete or repeated complaints

Reports that do not contain enough information to identify the material or establish the basis of the complaint may require clarification before further consideration. Repeated submissions about the same material may also be reviewed together when appropriate.

Copyright contact: send the relevant information through the Easy Move contact page or contact [email protected] with the subject of the copyright concern.
